FSE manufacture a range of HPC (High Pressure Coolant) systems designed to support stand-alone machine tool chip management systems.
They can be supplied suitable for fixed pressure/flow or variable flow/pressure. Typically, the variable pressure system offers 7 pressures via ‘m’ function control (pressures of typically 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 & 70 Bar). Systems can be of a bespoke design supplied inclusive of temperature control and flow and pressure sensors etc.
In addition to the traditional Free Standing HPC, with the addition of the NOP Filter Pump to our product range, FSE are now able to offer a cost effective ‘drop in’ high pressure solution. Please see our NOP page for more detail.
